This is an authentic, extremely rare BLAM 165RWF Ultra-Thin Speaker.

This 165mm extra flat woofer is designed to be used as a wide-range tweeter in vehicles with limited mounting depth, such as the JB64 Jimny and JB74 Sierra. Only 4 sets were imported to Japan, and the product is currently out of stock from the manufacturer.

Although the edge height is present, the optional 165mm grill (sold separately, image 4) can be attached.

It is an ultra-thin model with a mounting depth of only 32.5mm.
