Japan Quality Pre-Owned ships from Japan to international customers.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and carrier collection fees are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are determined by the destination country and are usually collected by customs authorities, postal services, or delivery carriers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties or taxes.

Our current operating model is DAP/DDU style: we ship the item to your country, and the buyer is responsible for any import charges required by the destination country or carrier.

Please check your local import rules before ordering if you are unsure about possible costs.

We cannot control customs processing times. Customs clearance may delay delivery.

We do not undervalue items or mark merchandise as gifts on customs documents. Customs declarations must reflect the actual transaction.
