Most items sold by Japan Quality Pre-Owned are pre-owned, vintage, collectible, or one-of-a-kind goods. Condition, accessories, and visible details are described on each product page as accurately as possible.

If a return is eligible under the return terms for that listing, please contact us within the return request period and include your order number, photos, and a short explanation. Items should be returned in the same condition and with all included accessories.

If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, we cancel the order and issue a refund promptly.
