Description
This is an Aria Pro II AVB-DLX 5, a deluxe, catalog-exclusive model from the popular AVANTE BASS (AVB) series of the 1990s. It is in excellent, near dead-stock condition.
・This 5-string bass features specifications that surpass even the top-tier "AVB-85/5" model from the catalog.
・Equipped with active humbucker pickups and a heel-less joint, it offers both noiseless, satisfying sound and excellent playability.
・The fingerboard is made of ebony, a rare feature for the AVB series and indicates this is a special model.
・Made in Japan during a time when Aria was still producing instruments domestically, before the shift to Korean (Samic) manufacturing in the late 1990s.
・Key hardware is also domestically produced, highlighting the instrument's high fundamental performance.
・Weight: Approximately 3.9kg.
・The truss rod functions well, with ample room for adjustment in both directions.
・The neck has been adjusted by the truss rod, though a slight rise at the higher frets is noticeable.
