Product description

This is a slim dress watch “Altesse” from the prestigious Swiss watch brand Universal Genève.

The watch was purchased after undergoing a full overhaul (complete disassembly and cleaning) at a partnered watch shop in April 2026.

It is currently running smoothly, and the manual winding function also operates without issues. Although it is a vintage watch, it has been serviced and can be used with confidence. The elegant Roman numeral indices and the finely textured dial pattern give it a refined and sophisticated appearance, suitable for both business and formal occasions.
