Japan Quality Pre-Owned operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and order services (collectively, the "Service"), to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. **Pre-Owned and Collectible Goods.** Many items sold by Japan Quality Pre-Owned are pre-owned, vintage, collectible, or one-of-a-kind. The condition of each item is described individually on the product page, and product photos form part of the item description. Minor signs of use consistent with the described condition are not considered defects.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product you purchase will meet your expectations, or that it will be identical to what is depicted or presented in our online store.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantity of products we make available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
## Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Japan Quality Pre-Owned reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at our sole discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of ordering.
**Availability.** Because some items may also be listed on other marketplaces or sourced from third-party marketplaces, availability is confirmed after your order. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable before shipment, we will promptly cancel the order and issue a refund.
Purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.
## Section 4 — Pricing and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in the order confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.
Prices displayed in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores, other online stores, or stores operated by external services. We may from time to time offer promotions relating to the Service, which may be subject to separate terms. If there is a conflict between a promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion's terms will prevail.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you provide is true, accurate, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use that credit card for the purchase; (iii) the charges you incur will be honored by your credit card company; and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred at the listed prices, including any applicable shipping charges, fees, and all applicable taxes.
## Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the product to the carrier.
**International Shipping.** All items are shipped from Japan. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and carrier collection fees are the buyer's responsibility. Our current operating model is DAP (Delivered at Place): we ship the item to your country, and you are responsible for any import charges required by the destination country or carrier.
We do not undervalue items or mark merchandise as gifts on customs documents. Customs declarations must reflect the actual transaction.
## Section 6 — Intellectual Property
Our Service — including but not limited to all trademarks, branding, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement — is owned by Japan Quality Pre-Owned, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by United States and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Service without our prior written consent. Japan Quality Pre-Owned is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Service to you. However, sales and purchases on the store are made directly by Japan Quality Pre-Owned. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Japan Quality Pre-Owned, including injuries, damages, or losses arising from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases and transactions with Japan Quality Pre-Owned.
