The new lateral balance mechanism, which moves parallel to the main weight shaft, enhances accuracy.

This mechanism shifts the axis of the main weight laterally, placing the moving parts very close to the arm pivot.

This design reduces unnecessary stress on the pivot and prevents an increase in inertia.

It also allows for a wider range of compatible cartridge weights.

The Black series of SME R arms is very rare and seldom available.
