The TD-20X is a newly designed V-Drum sound module that combines the TD-20 sound engine with the full capabilities of the TDW-20 expansion board for tone and feature enhancement. It delivers outstanding sound quality and expressive performance worthy of a flagship model.

Professional sound module for all needs

The TD-20X is a professional V-Drum sound module capable of reproducing the complex dynamics and tonal changes of drums with realistic sound. It combines all sounds and functions of the TD-20 and TDW-20 expansion board into a new flagship model.

It can fully reflect a drummer’s individuality and subtle performance nuances. For example, it supports tonal variation based on hi-hat pedal speed and position, as well as striking position differences on snare and cymbals, enabling highly expressive performance.

It includes over 900 internal sounds such as drums and percussion instruments. Using the V-Edit function, users can create an even wider range of custom sounds.

It is also equipped with powerful effects suitable for both live and studio use. Compression and EQ settings can be applied per pad for precise sound shaping. High-quality ambience effects allow detailed spatial expression for live performances.

Additionally, it features 8 direct outputs, enabling individual output of kick, snare, and other drums. This allows for high-quality multi-track recording with clear separation that is impossible with acoustic drums.
