The SR7009 is the top-of-the-line integrated AV receiver with Dolby Atmos support and a built-in 9-channel amplifier.

The SR7009 features a 9-channel full discrete power amplifier with a maximum output of 235W. It supports connection to 4-ohm speakers, allowing compatibility with a wide range of speaker systems. The preamp section incorporates Marantz’s current feedback amplification circuit, refined through its Hi-Fi components and high-end AV amplifiers. At its core, it is equipped with Marantz’s original discrete high-speed amplifier module, HDAM®. This delivers a wide range, rich detail, low distortion, and high-speed sound, precisely reproducing the three-dimensional positioning, movement, and unprecedented sense of envelopment provided by Dolby Atmos®. The DSP and preamp support up to 11.2-channel processing. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® are newly built in, enabling easy wireless connection with smartphones, tablets, and other devices for convenient music enjoyment. It also features an eco mode that reduces unnecessary power consumption while enjoying movies or music. Power consumption can be displayed and checked on screen. In addition to a setup assistant that guides initial configuration and a Japanese-language GUI, it includes a Smart Select function. Frequently used settings can be stored in the Smart Select buttons, allowing you to easily recall your preferred playback environment at any time.

It is equipped with 8 inputs and 3 outputs of HDMI terminals compatible with 4K/60p input and output. In addition to simultaneous output to a projector and TV, HDMI video can also be distributed to multiple rooms. Network functions now support playback of DSD and AIFF files. It combines sound quality worthy of a flagship model with a wide range of advanced features.
