LINN SONDEK LP12 Record Player, SME 3009 S2 Improved, 50Hz/33 RPM, New Hinge Included

Sondek LP12 is the origin of Linn production. Released in 1972, it surprised music lovers around the world. The tonearm is equipped with the SME 3009 S2 improved, delivering excellent expression and delicate, smooth sound. This LP12 is set for 50Hz and 33 RPM only.

The dust cover is polished with a special compound depending on the scratch level and finished for gloss and transparency. The arm, platter, and metal parts are polished to remove dirt and rust as much as possible.

Dust cover / buttons / platter / rubber mat:

The cover is clean with no noticeable damage and has transparency.

Buttons are glossy and in good condition.

The platter shows slight tarnish but retains gloss, and the rubber mat is soft with no deterioration.

Cabinet:

The wood has minor touch-ups and slight tarnish, with no major scratches.

The top plate has minor wear and retains gloss.

No cracks or breaks in the bottom plate.

Hinges are new (installed).

Tonearm:

The arm has gloss and is in good condition.

The base shows no noticeable wear.

Overall, it is in very good condition considering its age. This is a used item.
