GARRARD 301 turntable 50Hz specification with triple arm cabinet and instruction manual

The GARRARD 301 is one of the representative idler-drive turntables.

It features a low center of gravity and a clear, well-defined sound.

The pulley and platter of this item are for 50Hz use.

The cabinet is a triple-arm type that can hold three tonearms.

A long or short arm can be mounted on the right and rear-left positions, and a short arm can be mounted on the left side.

Condition

The turntable body shows no noticeable damage and retains its gloss.

The rubber mat remains soft with no hardening, and the platter shows no significant wear.

The cabinet shows some discoloration on the front.

There are minor scratches and scuffs in several areas, but the gloss remains.

The top glass is clear with no cracks or chips.

Please note that this is a used item with some age.

Operation

Operation has been confirmed.

This item comes with a 50Hz pulley.

Using our frequency converter and stroboscope, we verified its operation on 50Hz power.

It reaches and maintains stable speeds at 33, 45, and 78 rpm.

The speed adjustment knob responds properly, with nearly central positions corresponding to correct speeds.

The brake functions correctly when stopping.

Overall, it is in good working condition.
