The EC 165 K audio kit features a 165 mm woofer with a coaxial tweeter. Like other speakers in the K2 Power range, it uses a Kevlar membrane designed for a lightweight, rigid, and well-damped structure, delivering dynamic, detailed, and accurate sound reproduction.
The woofer is supported by an exclusive TMD suspension system that helps control resonance and reduce distortion.
The tweeter features an aramid fiber diaphragm with an exclusive "M" shaped profile, allowing precise control of dome deformation and smooth, accurate high-frequency reproduction up to 22 kHz.
The tweeter support has been redesigned for improved rigidity and reduced height, with a maximum height of 74 mm.
The tweeters include integrated filters.
