For your consideration is a rare ADDZEST DRX9255EX Limited CD Tuner Deck in Champagne Gold. This is the final model in the highly regarded DRX9255 series, known for its exceptional performance as an amplifier-less unit.

It shares internal components with the McIntosh MX406 (differing primarily in exterior design and the absence of a standard AUX input). This unit was engineered with high-performance mechanisms and devices to deliver an overwhelming amount of musical detail, far surpassing entry-level decks in clarity, presence, sound quality, and bass response.

This unit has been preserved as a collector's item. Given its age of approximately 26 years since release, complete and well-maintained units are scarce. This particular example is in beautiful, near-mint condition, including the body and wiring. It is highly recommended for those seeking a pristine unit.

There is a slight whitish discoloration on the interior next to the physical Play/Pause button on the right, which was not noticeable when installed. The catalog image shown is from the first generation 9255 model for reference.
