This listing is for a pair of Sony MDR-3 high-quality headphones, a classic retro vintage model released in 1978.

・Historical Context: This is the same model of headphone that was bundled with the original Walkman TPS-L2. This particular unit was sold separately. Compared to the bundled version, this model features a black headband and a standard 6.3mm stereo plug suitable for professional audio equipment.

・Maintenance: Contacts have been inspected. New replacement sponge pads have been prepared. For use with portable players, a 6.3mm to 3.5mm adapter plug will be required (not included).

・Exterior: The main unit shows no signs of use and is in excellent condition, appearing as a "dead stock" item. There is no wear on the printing for either the Left or Right channels. The cable and bush are also in good condition without degradation. The original box has some damage due to long-term storage.
