The SONDEK LP12, which became the foundation of Linn's production, is a record player that amazed music enthusiasts worldwide in 1972.

The tonearm is set up with the SME 3009 S2 improved.

It delivers excellent expressiveness with delicate and smooth sound quality.

This LP12 model is exclusively for 50Hz and 33 rpm playback.

The dust cover has been polished with a specialized compound according to the level of scratches, finished with a gloss treatment to enhance transparency.

The arm, platter, and metal parts have been polished to remove dirt and rust as much as possible.

The cover has no noticeable damage, retains transparency, and is in good condition.

The button section is also glossy and in good condition.

The platter has a slight haze but remains shiny, and the rubber mat shows no signs of deterioration, maintaining its flexibility.

- The wooden parts of the cabinet have minor touch-ups and haze in a few spots, but no major scratches are visible.

- The top plate has only slight scuff marks and maintains its gloss. - The bottom plate shows no cracks or breaks.

- The hinges are new (already installed).

- The arm is glossy and in excellent condition.

- The base shows no noticeable damage.

To ensure functionality, the unit has undergone aging for half a day to one full day.

Rotates smoothly and normally with no abnormal noise. Rotation stability has been confirmed with a stroboscope.

The start/stop function responds properly in conjunction with the power button.

The light operates without any issues.

The lever allows the lifter to descend smoothly (oil has been replenished).

Anti-skating and tracking force adjustments work properly.

Tonearm height adjustment is also functional.
